Kevin Douglas Cairns, M.D.
Dr. Kevin Cairns was born in Los Angeles, received his M.D. from New York Medical College and fulfilled his residency at Harvard Medical School. He also received a fellowship in neurology from Harvard as well as a fellowship in Interventional Spine Physiatry from Georgia Pain Physicians, Emory University in Atlanta. He is an expert in Peripheral Nerve Field Stimulation and stays on the leading edge of innovation in non-invasive and minimally invasive spinal treatments.
Dr. Cairns was appointed by the Governor to the Board of Medicine. In addition, he is the chairman of office surgery for the state of Florida, and serves as Vice Chairman of Credentialing of Physicians in Florida.
He is married. An outdoor enthusiast, he is a tri-athlete who also enjoys windsurfing, fishing, music and theatre.
Harold Lawrence Dalton, D.O.
Dr. Larry Dalton was born in Norfolk, VA, and raised in Melbourne, FL. He received both his B.S. and M.S. in Exercise and Sport Sciences from the University of Florida. He fulfilled his Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Residency at the Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago/Northwestern University, and was an Interventional Spine Physiatry Fellow at Georgia Pain Physicians/Emory University, receiving his fellowship in interventional pain management.
Dr. Dalton is married with two children. His wide range of interests include fishing, exercise, cooking, travel, scuba, college football, and martial arts.

Dr. Giuseppe Paese, DO, FAAPMR
Dr. Paese is a highly trained and educated physician who holds board certifications in five separate specialties. He is board certified in Stem Cell Therapies, Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R), Pain Medicine, Sports Medicine and Chiropractic.
Dr. Paese graduated from Michigan State University, College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed a Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation residency from Detroit Medical Center (DMC)/Wayne State University (WSU) and then went on to complete a subspecialty fellowship in Pain Medicine from DMC/WSU as well. Dr. Paese also holds a Doctor of Chiropractic from Logan University and a certification in Chiropractic Sports Medicine (CCSP) from National University of Health Sciences.
He has been awarded the prestigious honor of Hour Detroit Magazine Top Doctor for 6 years in Pain Medicine/Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation.
Kalman D. Blumberg, M.D.
Dr. Kal Blumberg is a south Florida native, He received his B.S. at Tulane and his M.D. at the University of Miami. He received his spine surgery fellowship from Thomas Jefferson University Hospital & Pennsylvania Hospital in Philadelphia.
He is married, with three children and loves to fish and to spend time on the water, particularly enjoying the environment of the Florida Keys flats and backcountry. He’s a tournament level fisherman, having won the prestigious Redbone Tournament which supports research to find a cure for Cystic Fibrosis.
William Porter McRoberts, M.D.
Having recently returned from a sailing and research sabbatical, Dr. McRoberts has joined Florida Spine Specialists. Prior to joining, Dr McRoberts built and directed the multi speciality research and practice group, Holy Cross Interventional Spine and Pain Medicine Program. Having authored multitudes of research articles and book chapters, served as primary investigator and research scientist on dozens of research trials with the FDA, lectured and taught world wide on his design and innovation of novel approaches to the treatment of pain and spine disorders, he is keen to start this new chapter, in private practice, with Florida Spine Specialists.
George L. Caldwell, Jr., MD
A Fort Lauderdale native, Dr. Caldwell graduated from Pine Crest School and received his undergraduate degree from Princeton University and his medical degree from Wake Forest University.
He served his residency in orthopedic surgery at the prestigious Hospital for Special Surgery (Cornell University Medical School) in New York City.
He has completed sports medicine fellowships at the University of Pittsburgh and the International Shoulder Fellowship in Switzerland.
Dr. Caldwell is a diplomate with the National Board of Medical Examiners, board certified by the American Board of Orthopedic Surgeons, and is also board certified in sports medicine. He is a member of the American Medical Association, the American College of Sports Medicine, the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons, NFL Team Physicians Society, Major League Baseball Physicians, the Arthroscopy Association of North America and the American Orthopedic Society for Sports Medicine.
